Welcome to Prompt Magic. By using our site, you agree to these terms. We keep it simple: don't be evil, and we won't be either.

1. The Basics

Prompt Magic is a platform for generating AI content. You provide the inputs, we provide the magic. By using the service, you agree to not use it for anything illegal or malicious.

2. Content Ownership

You own the inputs you provide. You also own all rights to the content you generate on our platform, regardless of whether you are on a free or paid plan. It's your magic, we just help you cast it.

3. Your Data

We store the images you upload and generate so you can access them in your history. We do not use your personal data or private images to train our AI models. We only analyze aggregated usage patterns to improve the platform (e.g., seeing which apps are most popular).

You are in control. You can make your profile private in settings at any time. You can also delete your account, which will permanently erase all your data and cancel any active subscriptions immediately.

4. Credits & Payments

Services are paid for with credits. Credits are non-refundable but don't expire as long as your account is active. We use Stripe for secure payments.

5. Conduct

Don't abuse the API. Don't try to hack us. Don't generate harmful content. We reserve the right to ban anyone acting in bad faith.

6. Disclaimer

The AI can hallucinate. We are not responsible if it tells you your lucky number is "potato" or generates something weird. Use at your own risk.
